Museum House Residential Project
Come and hear about the Museum House project that is being proposed in Newport Center.
After many years in Newport Beach, the Orange County Museum of Art will be moving to Costa Mesa. The Museum has entered into an agreement to sell its Newport Center site to Related California Urban Housing, LLC, which has proposed a 25-story, 295’ tall, 100-residential-unit project, with underground parking, on a portion of the Museum property. The draft Environmental Impact Report is just being completed, and the project is scheduled to go before the Planning Commission and City Council this fall.
Bill Witte, President of Related California Urban Housing, LLC, and his team will discuss their plans for the new project and answer questions.
