Come and hear the opportunities to reduce or eliminate tolls on the 73 Toll Road to improve traffic flow through Corona del Mar. TCA Director Michael Kraman will be present to explain TCA’s opportunities and constraints. Former Newport Beach Mayor and former SJHTCA Chair Rush Hill will be present to explain how he believes it can occur. You will be able to ask both presenters questions and learn for yourself.
